ADAPT Program Attention Deficit Accommodation Plan for Teaching

This planbook was written to help children set goals and plan their work in school. The Class Directory can be used to write phone numbers and addresses of classmates. The Monthly Planner helps to plan ahead. Fill in dates when tests will be given or when long-term projects will be due. The Daily Record Forms can be used as an assignment diary and "Score Board" to keep track of how well you are doing in school. Activity Sheets are also included.
