For the first time, this monograph brings a compact view of the life and work of Marek Ormandík, who is a well-known successful Slovak artist. It results in the selection of 400 artworks from the beginning of the 1990s until the present day. Marek Ormandík systematically develops motifs of the human figure, head, and face across the whole spectrum of his work. The final part of this extensive publication is also an interview with the artist about his childhood, student years, and philosophy.
