A richly illustrated appreciation of artist and educator Friedl Dicker-Brandeis and her wide-ranging achievements. Friedl Dicker-Brandeis (1989-1944) was one of the most important students of the Bauhaus. She was a painter, art teacher, and politically active poster artist.
