The new edition of this collection edited by Horowitz (emeritus, sociology and political science, Rutgers U.) and Suchlicki (history, U. of Miami) emphasizes "transition" after Castro, with new articles on economic organizations, U.S. policy, "communist successor regimes," and "regime change" in Cuba.
