"This is a glossy book, with ingredients listed in Imperial, Metric and American amounts, mostly listing ingredients most people will have to hand with only a few "exotic" things the average person wouldn't have. Published in 1977, it does have some good recipes in it, only a few of which you would expect at the local take away.
