The conference XB-CON 2025 featured a wide range of contributions focused on leadership, organizational behaviour, sustainability, cross-border cooperation, and emerging trends in business and technology. Presenters discussed topics from the point of view of management and business economics and experience between both experts and students from Czech and German universities, their research institutes and companies, such as microaggressions in workplaces, organizational resilience, entrepreneurship, labor market comparisons, technostress, consumer behaviour, media marketing, startup success factors, and sustainable development. A significant part of the program focused on cross-border integration, tourism, regional innovation, and the utilization of data sources for research. Additional sessions explored green knowledge valorisation, automation in the automotive industry, AI in ERP systems, marketing communication, agricultural resilience, university branding, and changing labor relations. Overall, the conference highlighted current challenges, opportunities, and threats across management, economics, regional studies, and digital transformation. The publication of the conference papers enables us to continue our research activities and utilize the presented information to develop topics for further cooperation between Czech and German experts.
