This book is the first installment in a new series called "Deutsch--Young German Photography", which presents work by up-and-coming German photographers. The series' underlying concept is quite simple--with each volume a talented young photographer is given the opportunity to present their work in book form. This first volume introduces the unusual work of Billy & Hells, a duo who have been working together since 1989. Billy & Hells run a joint studio in Berlin and have already achieved a surprising degree of success in the worlds of fashion and portrait photography.
