Discover the technical specificities and taste characteristics of each of them in the two volumes of this small encyclopedia dedicated to Plantation Rum®. Have a nice trip! This first volume takes you to discover the world of Plantation Rum®, its history, the techniques used, very inspired by Cognac and the different ranges offered since 1999, when the brand was created. You can then cross the Atlantic and explore rums from the Greater and Lesser Antilles. Barbados, Cuba, Haiti, Jamaica, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint Lucia and Trinidad are therefore on the program of this motionless trip.
