Mit aller Kraft zog Ward Gerry an Bord und versuchte, ihn wiederzubeleben. Doch Gerry starb kurz darauf. Ward erlebte zwölf Stunden in einem Albtraum an der Seite seines toten Freundes, bis sie von einem Hubschrauber gerettet wurden.
