Ukazuje nejen svou erudici znalce teorie, ale vysvětlované pojmy ilustruje výhradně svou vlastní tvorbou; nezůstává u definic a příkladů, ale dalšími poznámkami se vrací k danému jevu a upozorňuje na jeho funkci v básni.
