Hrabě Dracula nehodlá pouze rozšířit upíří krev do celého světa, ale v rámci spiknutí se světovými mocnáři chystá nastolení fašistického světového řádu spjatého s uctíváním pohanských bohů při krvavých obřadech. A po draculovském hradu v Karpatech se prochází Bílá paní, neodolatelná kráska, která se svými polibky pokouší vlákat advokátního koncipienta Tomase Harkera do tenat zkázy.
