Poetic light sculptures installed and photographed against natural backdrops Norwegian artist Rune Guneriussen (born 1977) takes us on a journey through forests and wetlands, to bodies of water and stretches of coast, photographing self-constructed light objects that he has arranged across the varying landscapes, evoking high-rise buildings, route markers or mythical creatures.

The book by the artist Benno Blome (*1979) is a composition of rhythm, eloquence, and silence. It is based on a series of abstract drawings derived from incidents and objects in the real world. Even though the drawings conceal their meaning behind the clear, reduced line management, the concreteness of these models remains present in the works. In the publication, the individual drawings are combined into a sort of text-a story from the unknown. Even if we are not proficient in the writing and language of this text, it is possible to recognize one pattern or another in it. This also gives rise to curiosity to fathom the other, the unknown in these drawings.

Two decades of arithmetically inspired sculpture and installation Swiss artist Ruth Maria Obrist (born 1955) makes objects and installations that explore the dynamics of chaos and order. She uses unconventional and profoundly tactile materials such as bitumen, glue and rust to create sensory surfaces. This book presents her work since 2000.

Chronicling the presentations and performances of nearly 20 piano compositions from a Vienna-based artist Austrian artist Alexander Wiener (born 1967) presents 18 original piano compositions, which he describes as sound-sketches or mental sound-diagrams, each complemented by video images and previously unpublished lighting interventions. Accompanying the publication is the establishment of a new prize, which encourages musical exploration of Wiener's work.

A painterly and sculptural meditation on human form Romanian artist Zsolt Berszán (born 1974) evokes the human body in a macabre play of distortions, contortions and torn fragments. This book presents around 100 of his paintings, sculptures and mixed-media objects from 2014 to 2021.

On Stella’s formal and conceptual shifts from Minimalism to arabesque The American painter, sculptor and printmaker Frank Stella (born 1936) is famed for his use of brightly colored geometric shapes and patterns. Throughout his long career, questions concerning abstraction and representation, sign and ornament, surface and space, have guided his explorative practice. Initially producing highly minimalist abstractions, Stella has built upon his austere foundations, introducing intricate patterns, fluid shapes and cutouts.This publication examines four phases in Stella’s work, contextualized by the Museum Wiesbaden’s the early works; Minimalist stripe paintings; the departure into three-dimensionality; and the use of ornament and arabesque. By structuring his oeuvre in this way, the book invites readers to trace the continuities and points of departure between his early and late work. Texts by curator Jörg Daur, art advisor Bernard Ceysson and writers Andreas Henning and Lea Schäfer help to illuminate Stella’s formal evolution.

Gestural paintings of abstracted outdoor scenes Romanian artist Sebastian Hosu (born 1988) works with oil painting and charcoal drawing to create gestural and abstract compositions populated by dynamic, often flesh-colored forms that give rise to the suggestion of human bodies and flow into a natural outdoor environment.

Collage portraits exploring the pressures of contemporary womanhood Between 2017 and 2021, Finnish artist Niina Lehtonen Braun (born 1975) made over 500 collages depicting the various roles and tasks of women and the enormous pressure they bring with them. Let Go Girl presents a selection of these pieces.
