Na začátek pro nás Lee připravil velmi zajímavý pohled do minulosti povídání o Lemurii a Atlantidě z lidského pohledu. Má ve zvyku si Kryonovy informace ověřovat koneckonců i sám Kryon ho k tomu vybízí a tak se i u tohoto tématu porozhlédl potom, zda pro tyto civilizace existují nějaké důkazy. No a pak už se s pomocí channelingů přeneseme do současnosti. Dozvídáme se, jaké to je, být novým člověkem jaké máme k dispozici nástroje, jaké kroky jsou bezprostředně před námi a jak krásně je nastaven celý systém, aby všechno proběhlo jak má A vysvětluje nám, že úplně každý zde má své jedinečné místo. Kryon nám také říká, co se (prozatím) týká jen pracovníků světla, ale poukazuje i na věci, které zahrnují celé lidstvo. No a pochopitelně nám dává také nahlédnout do toho, co se teprve chystá a na co se můžeme těšit.
