Vanaf pagina 554 is praktische informatie opgenomen: accommodatie, restaurants, winkelen, amusement, reisinformatie etc. De toon van de praktische informatie is soms wat betuttelend. Voor de toerist die nog geen keuze heeft gemaakt welk gedeelte van Italië te bezoeken, is het een handige bron om thuis eens in te bladeren.
