Publikace věnovaná tvorbě německé výtvarnice Kathariny Grosse. Vyšlo u příležitosti výstavy její velkorozměrné malířské instalace, kterou umělkyně vytvořila pro Velkou dvoranu Veletržního paláce v Praze. S deskami vyrobenými za užití originálu díla autorky.

The formally nonchalant work of Kathrin Partelli is a generous act of daydreaming the sculpture as a medium of a particular potency and richness. Through a liberating and emancipatory gesture of expanding the space, the artist negotiates the sculpture as a cross-disciplinary, performative collage, between a drawing in space, installation and an architectural construction. eigentlich (2010), as actually the title suggests, is Partelli’s manifesto of an ontological condition of her multidimensional work. Left undefined as such, it indicates a process: a moment of about to be delivered and articulated, a constant state of becoming and birth. Applying contrasting materials (soft and hard, fragile and solid) and techniques (focused on almost simultaneous attempts of building up and destroying, accumulating and reducing).
