Jsou zde dopodrobna vylíčeny události na pravém křídle v průběhu britské listopadové ofenzivy a následné německé protiofenzivy, tvrdé boje novozélandské divize o necelý rok později, nechybí ani příběhy o hrůzách z roku 1914, kdy oblast obsadili postupující Němci.
