Mitbegründer der Künstlergruppen QUATTROCENTO, WIR, SPUR und GEFLECHT über viele Jahre mit der Münchner Kunstszene verbunden. Der Katalog zur Retrospektive in der Galerie Sankt Ottilien würdigt das Spätwerk des Künstlers (1988–1993), das von Naturmotiven geprägt wird, und dokumentiert sein Wirken als herausragender Kunsterzieher.
