77□13 Türkiyeʼde Direnişin Sanatı 2015 yılının Temmuz ve Ağustos aylarında Berlin’deki Görsel Sanatlar Derneği‘nde “Neue Gesellschaft für Bildende Kunst“ (nGbK) gerçekleşecek olan 77□13 isimli sergimiz, Türkiye’de toplumsal direnişin yükselişe geçtiği iki dönemi ilişkilendirerek 1960’lı yıllardan günümüze kadar yaşanan toplumsal hareketlere ve bunlara yön veren sosyal, ekonomik ve kültürel dinamiklere odaklanıyor. Sergi, 1977 1 Mayısı’yla 2013 Gezi İsyanı başta olmak üzere farklı tarihsel uğraklarda toplumsal hareketlerin kendilerini kamuoyunda ifade edişlerine, temsiliyetlerinin ve iletişim süreçlerinin estetik özelliklerine yoğunlaşıyor. Farklı uğrakları ortaklaştıran en önemli etkenlerden biri hatırlanma biçimleri: Direniş/isyan çekildikten sonra geriye kalan bir afiş, bir duvar yazısı, bir slogan veya bir ritim bize bütün bu yaşadıklarımızı birbiriyle ilişkilendirecek estetik bir bağlam, direniş biçimlerini canlı tutmamızı sağlayacak bir toplumsal bellek inşa etme imkânını sağlıyor. Sergi, tarihsel kayıtların yanı sıra konu hakkında makaleler içerecek bir kitap ve bu makalelerden yola çıkarak düzenlecek bir tartışma dizisini de içeriyor. Doğrusal bir tarih anlayışı ve bunun temsiliyeti yerine, 1960’lardan bugüne ortaya çıkan yarılmalar, olaylar, iç içe geçmeler, beklenmeyen yenilikler, dönüşümler ve dairinde oluşan sanatsal ve siyasal estetik kodları ön plana çıkarıp kamuoyu ile tartışmak istiyoruz.

Amoktaten durch junge Täter sind zwar selten, ziehen jedoch oft großes öffentliches Interesse nach sich. Nach solchen Taten treten häufig Nachahmungen auf, die Schulen und Ermittlungsbehörden vor die Herausforderung stellen, das tatsächliche Gefährdungspotential einzuschätzen. Der Verfasser hat systematisch 14 Fälle von Amoktaten, einschließlich vollzogener und versuchter Taten sowie Drohungen, analysiert. Dabei wurden sowohl bereits erforschte als auch unbekannte Fälle berücksichtigt, um bisherige konzeptionelle Ansätze zu überprüfen und weiterzuentwickeln. Ziel war es, Kriterien zu identifizieren, die eine realistische Einschätzung des Gefährdungspotentials ermöglichen. Die Analyse verdeutlichte, dass Prognosen nie absolut sicher sind und somit überzogene Erwartungen an kriminalprognostische Verfahren in Frage stellt. Die ausgewählten Fälle zeigen eine große Streuung und komplexe Einzelfallmerkmale. Dennoch wurden markante Auffälligkeiten und Parallelen herausgearbeitet. Obwohl keine Reduktion auf spezifische Merkmale oder enge Theorien möglich ist, leitet der Autor zwei wesentliche Motivstrukturen ab. Diese deuten nicht zwingend auf eine Gefährlichkeit des Täters hin, weisen jedoch auf eine potenzielle Bedrohung hin.
