Leukocyte integrins

This book is about the structure, functional activities and regulation of the expression and adhesive properties of the leukocyte integrins. The description of their functional activities is done within the context of general leukocyte effector functions during immune and inflammatory responses. The book also summarizes our current knowledge on the leukocyte integrins signal transduction ability, their identified ligands, and the clinical consequences of their absent expression in the Leukocyte Adhesion Deficiency syndrome.
