Levi Jensen, labeled a loser for his lack of academic success and a dead-end job, finds hope in a high-stakes video game competition. With his father's life hanging in the balance due to an expensive cancer treatment, Levi aims for the million-dollar prize in the dark-fantasy game Fate of Ellaria. However, he soon discovers that other players have their own intense motivations, and achieving victory could come at a devastating cost to his already fragile reality.
