Claws of Action

Set in a cozy cat shelter, the story unfolds as Lara and Aunt Fran prepare for a reading nook's opening, only to face the shutdown of their shelter by health inspector Evonda Fray. When Evonda is found dead, suspicion falls on Lara and her aunt. With various potential suspects, including a tenant and a disgruntled family member, Lara, aided by her spirit cat Blue, must navigate the clues to uncover the true culprit and save their beloved shelter.
