Focusing on witchcraft accusations within a tea workers' community in India, the book delves into how adivasi migrant laborers navigate conflicts with management. Through a comprehensive theoretical approach that integrates sociological, anthropological, and historical insights, it examines the social dynamics and implications of these accusations. By employing extensive qualitative methods, the author sheds light on the intersection of cultural beliefs and labor relations, offering a nuanced understanding of the challenges faced by these workers.
