Based on the strategic positioning of national big data, this book analyzes the two directions of big data application and strategy. In terms of big data application, on the basis of combing and summarizing the experience of big data development strategy in developed countries, it expounds the specific application direction of big data in national governance from the perspectives of political governance, economic governance, financial governance, new urbanization, statistical integration, and livelihood security. Die vorliegende Arbeit zeigt nicht nur die Notwendigkeit, sondern insbesondere auch die Schwierigkeiten und Probleme auf, ein chinesisches Modell des Breitensports zu entwickeln. Tatsächlich hat sich der Breitensport in China noch nicht hinreichend vom Hochleistungssport emanzipiert. China braucht nicht nur einen „Goldenen Plan“ der Sportstättenversorgung, sondern insbesondere auch ein innovatives Leitbild sowie ein umfassendes Konzept des organisatorischen Umgangs mit dramatisch veränderten Sportbedürfnissen. Sehr deutlich kommt in der Arbeit das Problem einer spezifischen Pfadabhängigkeit der Entwicklung heraus. So stellt der chinesische Massensport, der mit dem nation building eng verknüpft ist, gegenwärtig eher ein Hindernis denn eine Vorform des modernen Breitensports dar. Als Leitbild ist er mit seiner strikten Einbindung in die Danweis eher destruktiv. Vor dem Hintergrund der differenzierten Argumentation zur Eigenlogik der chinesischen Entwicklung verdient der Lösungsvorschlag hinsichtlich eines künftigen Freizeitsports besondere Beachtung. Das Modell eines „Post-work-unit-Konzepts“ des Freizeitsports, für das die Autorin plädiert, stellt den Versuch dar, Elemente chinesischen Organisationsdenkens mit den Erfordernissen der Marktwirtschaft und den individualisierten Lebensstilen zu verbinden.
