Die weltweit zunehmende Bedeutung der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS/IAS wirft zwangsläufig die Frage nach der Zukunft der steuerlichen Gewinnermittlung auf. Für Deutschland ist in diesem Zusammenhang besonders wichtig, ob an dem traditionellen Maßgeblichkeitsgrundsatz festgehalten werden kann. Lars Jensen-Nissen hinterfragt, inwieweit die IFRS/IAS als Chance zur Fortentwicklung des deutschen Steuerbilanzrechts verstanden werden können. Er untersucht die bilanzielle Behandlung von Finanzinstrumenten dem Grunde nach, deren sachgerechte steuerbilanzielle Abbildung zurzeit in vielen Bereichen als ungeklärt gilt. Ausgehend von der Formulierung von Grundanforderungen an ein eigenständiges Steuerbilanzrecht, analysiert er die einzelnen Bilanzierungsvorschriften der IAS 32 und 39 und vergleicht die IFRS/IAS-Vorschriften mit den gegenwärtigen steuerbilanziellen Regelungen. Abschließend diskutiert er die Übernahme der IFRS/IAS-Wertung in ein eigenständiges Steuerbilanzrecht.

Im besonderen Fall der gütegeschalteten UVLaserstrahlung (l=266nm & l=355nm) ist der Vorgang der defektindizierten Zerstörung im Detail untersucht worden. Hauptsächlich anhand eines verfeinerten Messverfahrens nach dem ISO Standard 21254-2 wurden so SiO2, HfO2 und Al2O3 als oxidische Beschichtungsmaterialien analysiert. Im Zentrum standen dabei die in den Schichten vorhandenen Defektensembles und ihr Ansprechverhalten auf die Laserstrahlung. Ebenfalls spielt in UV-Anwendungen die Zweiphotonenabsorption (2PA) eine große Rolle. Auf Basis des speziellen LZH-IBS-Prozesses (Ion Beam Sputtering) konnten konfektionierte Einzelschichten hergestellt werden, die eine Untersuchung des Einflusses der 2PA in Resonanz ermöglichte. Im letzten Schritt wurde dann die Entwicklung der prozessbedingten Defektensembles unter UV-Bestrahlung geprüft.
