    Windy Dryden s'impose comme une figure de proue de la tradition britannique de la Thérapie Cognitivo-Comportementale (TCC), particulièrement réputé pour ses contributions à la Thérapie Cognitivo-Comportementale Rationnelle-Émotive (TCCRE). Sa vaste carrière, débutée en 1975, l'a vu être un pionnier de la formation en TCC en Grande-Bretagne et publier abondamment sur le sujet.
