Effective stakeholder management is vital for the success of construction projects, particularly during the planning stages. This research evaluates the level of stakeholder involvement within the Pakistani construction industry, identifying key stakeholders such as clients, project teams, and local communities. Findings indicate that early engagement enhances problem-solving and aligns project goals with stakeholder expectations. The study emphasizes the need for project managers to adopt strategies that promote greater involvement of all stakeholders, ultimately improving project outcomes.
