The plan reflects a thorough investigation and seeks to meet the expectations of stakeholders while serving as an essential resource for understanding daily water consumption in the region. Its approval is intended to enhance community awareness and promote sustainable practices.

Die vorliegende Arbeit mit dem Titel BEITRÄGE DES MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING UND DER ENTSCHEIDUNGSFINDUNG IN DEN UNTERNEHMEN VON ABARROTES DEL MERCADO ROBERTO SEGURA, bezieht sich auf die vielfältigen Probleme, die diese Art von Unternehmen haben, die für den Verkauf und den Kauf von Produkten des ersten Bedarfs zuständig sind, die oft keine vollständige Kontrolle über ihre Operationen haben und diese Situation verursacht sie Schwierigkeiten in der Management- und Verwaltungshandhabung auf Ebene des Unternehmens im Allgemeinen, für sie ist das Management Accounting ein sehr wichtiges Instrument, das mit zusammenarbeiten kann, um die Ergebnisse auf Ebene des Managements zu verbessern.

Die Grundlage dieser Arbeit war die Durchführung einer Analyse mit Hilfe der Marktforschungslinie in einem Bäckereibetrieb in der Gemeinde Jaén, der seit 17 Jahren auf dem Markt ist. In dieser Zeit hat das Unternehmen nach Angaben der Geschäftsführung ein nachhaltiges Wachstum erzielt. Sie erklären, dass das Unternehmen bereits ein Image und einen Ruf in der Stadt Jaén und nicht nur in Jaén, sondern auch in der Provinz im Allgemeinen hat, aber aufgrund der fehlenden Forschung können sie nicht wissen, was dieses Image und dieser Ruf ist, weil die Antwort oder die Information nicht innerhalb des Unternehmens, sondern außerhalb in der Meinung der Bevölkerung von Jaén liegt.

Ultimately, the quality of decisions hinges on the accuracy and relevance of the information available to management.
