Emphasizing the significance of financial statement analysis and business diagnostics, this research highlights how informed decision-making in financial management can enhance organizational performance. Many companies neglect strategic planning due to external pressures, which hampers their ability to forecast and optimize operations. By employing financial tools for timely analysis and interpretation, businesses can improve service efficiency and profitability. Ultimately, the quality of decisions hinges on the accuracy and relevance of the information available to management.

The research investigates low work environment quality and administrative service deficiencies at the National Intercultural University "Fabiola Salazar Leguía." It is based on a situational diagnosis and data analysis involving questionnaires from forty administrative staff and twenty-five internal and external users. The study evaluates key indicators such as empathy, tolerance, and leadership in the work environment, as well as attention, service, and emotionality in administrative services, providing a comprehensive understanding of the issues faced.

Diese Forschungsarbeit trägt den Titel Operations Management Applied to the Theory of Constraints in an MSE.In den letzten Jahrzehnten wurde eine Reihe von neuen Ansätzen für die Betriebswirtschaftslehre entwickelt, die sich hauptsächlich auf das Produktionssystem konzentrieren.Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Grundlagen der Zwangstheorie zu vermitteln, um genügend Informationen zu geben, um sie in jedem Unternehmen anwenden zu können.

Die Grundlage dieser Arbeit war die Durchführung einer Analyse mit Hilfe der Marktforschungslinie in einem Bäckereibetrieb in der Gemeinde Jaén, der seit 17 Jahren auf dem Markt ist. In dieser Zeit hat das Unternehmen nach Angaben der Geschäftsführung ein nachhaltiges Wachstum erzielt. Sie erklären, dass das Unternehmen bereits ein Image und einen Ruf in der Stadt Jaén und nicht nur in Jaén, sondern auch in der Provinz im Allgemeinen hat, aber aufgrund der fehlenden Forschung können sie nicht wissen, was dieses Image und dieser Ruf ist, weil die Antwort oder die Information nicht innerhalb des Unternehmens, sondern außerhalb in der Meinung der Bevölkerung von Jaén liegt.

Este trabajo de investigación destaca la importancia del análisis de estados financieros y el diagnóstico empresarial para una correcta administración financiera. Aborda cómo una planificación adecuada y el uso de herramientas financieras permiten optimizar servicios y utilidades, mejorando así la calidad de las decisiones en las organizaciones.
