Focusing on the need for constitutional reform, this work proposes modifications and deletions to the Democratic Republic of Congo's Constitution, originally established post-conflict. It addresses concerns from the populace regarding provisions that threaten state security and sovereignty. The author presents 65 revised articles and suggests the removal of a dozen others, aiming to enhance national security and promote development. This political analysis responds to contemporary legal and political challenges facing the DRC.
