Focusing on the socio-educational project for basic education teachers in Mexico, this work explores the subjective actions and emotional landscapes of the participants. It delves into their experiences, including feelings of resistance and motivation, as they navigate institutional requirements during their training at UPN. Using qualitative methodology and an interpretative lens, the study analyzes these meanings, aiming to raise questions that pave the way for future research on the complex interplay of emotions and professional development in education.
