      Sales is the process of change, upon which almost everything that takes place in the world to-day depends. It is a change from the present situation to a better situation. The focus point here is that for the sale to remain sold, the change must be an "improvement or advantage", from the buyers perspective. For a sale to take place the "buyer perceived value" of the item or service offered must be greater than the payment requested.
