Nie hat ein Reformationsjubiläum mit einer solchen Pluralität von Weltanschauungen zu rechnen gehabt, wie es nun für 2017 zu beobachten ist. Geschichte, auch Kirchengeschichte erweist sich jenseits der Sicherung von Daten und Ereignissen immer mehr als ein Gegenstand vielfältiger Interpretation. Und zum ureigensten Erbe des evangelischen Glaubens gehört es auch, sich auf die Strittigkeit der Deutungen einzulassen, sie zuzulassen und ins Gespräch miteinander zu bringen. Der vorliegende Band präsentiert hierzu Beiträge, die aus einer internationalen Tagung des Theologischen Arbeitskreises für reformationsgeschichtliche Forschung im Jahre 2015 hervorgegangen sind. Ausgehend von den Debatten um das Orientierungspapier „Rechtfertigung und Freiheit“ der EKD werden interdisziplinäre Perspektiven auf die Reformation entwickelt: aus der Geschichte ebenso wie - evangelisch und katholisch - aus der Systematischen Theologie und der Kirchengeschichte. Historische Einordnung und theologische Perspektiven werden so neu bedacht und zur Diskussion gestellt.

Kahn Process Networks (KPNs) are used for modeling streaming-oriented applications with changing behavior. To meet the performance and energy constraints of embedded devices, such applications must be mapped to parallel architectures in an optimal way. Finding an optimal mapping to the constrained architecture presumes that the behavior of the KPN is statically known. Considering the run-time behavior of streaming-oriented applications, we can identify run-time modes in which the system offers a certain behavior. In this book we present a static analysis that identifies such run-time modes at compile-time. The result is a mode automaton describing the whole network behavior. Optimizing backends that map KPNs to parallel architectures can be guided by these analysis results.

The exciting experiments of the BABAR and BELLE collaborations have now proven violation of CP symmetry in the neutral B system. This has renewed strong interest in the physics of CP violation. Novel experimental techniques and new highly intense neutron sources are now becoming available to further test the related time reversal symmetry. They will substantially lower the current limit on the neutron electric dipole moment and hence open up new tests of theoretical concepts beyond the Standard Model. These are strongly required to explain the decisive excess of matter versus antimatter in our Universe. There is a de?nite need to communicate these exciting developments to younger scientists, and therefore we organized a summer school in October 2000 on “CP Violation and Related Topics”, which was held in Prerow, a small Baltic Sea resort. These Lecture Notes were inspired by the vivid - terest of the participants, and I am grateful to the authors, who faced the unexpected and delivered all the material for an up-to-date introduction to this broad ?eld. It is a great pleasure for me to warmly thank the Co-organizers of the summer school, Henning Schr¨oder, Thomas Mannel, Klaus R. Schubert and my colleague Roland Waldi.
