Rowing

This manual is designed for coaches in rowing clubs, schools and further education, rowers and club leaders, and all those wanting to find out about what rowing has to offer. Tried and tested methods for training beginners rowing techniques and coaching are presented. These are complemented by an overview and description of various fields of application in rowing as a leisure activity, itinerant rowing and basic training for teenage competitive rowers. There are many tips on rowing, from equipment and competition rules to tips on competitive and recreational rowing.
