We are proud to present a collection of papers on Public Governance and Leadership, reflecting a 15-year exchange among academics from German, Australian, and British universities. This collaboration inspired us to focus on this theme and bring together renowned scholars to explore various aspects of it. Our heartfelt thanks go to the contributors, who worked diligently to create this compilation as a collective effort. This work demonstrates how carefully cultivated cross-cultural academic social capital can serve as a catalyst for productive academic outcomes.
