En savoir plus sur le livre

Following the successful First KES Symposium on Agent and Multi-Agent Systems – Technologies and Applications in Wroclaw, Poland, the second event in the KES-AMSTA series took place in Incheon, Korea, from March 26–28, 2008. Organized by the School of Computer and Information Engineering at Inha University, KES International, and the KES Focus Group on Agent and Multi-Agent Systems, this symposium served as an international forum for scientific research into the technologies and applications of agent and multi-agent systems. These systems are integral to modern software, recognized for their potential in creating autonomous, complex, and intelligent applications. A significant advancement in this field has been the development of agent communication languages and the formalization of ontologies. These communication languages offer standard declarative mechanisms for agents to exchange knowledge and requests, while ontologies facilitate the conceptualization of knowledge domains. The symposium attracted numerous scientists and practitioners, who presented papers across nine main tracks focused on methodologies and applications, alongside a doctoral track and two special sessions.
