Water enables people to do many things they cannot do any other way. This book introduces an integrated swimming blueprint for beginners, using games and basic experiences, which can be used by many different groups such as toddlers, pre-school and school pupils, disabled children and teenagers, integrated groups, older people etc. The games have been tried and tested over more than 20 years of activities with physically challenged children, teenagers, sports-teacher training and in continuing education for sports teachers.
