Copious, complete indices to the inscriptions up to 44 BCE offer access to the difficult texts of the early period: Hans Krummrey has compiled the indices for Fasc. 1–2 and 3 and added an index for the inscriptions of the 4th fascicle. In keeping with the special features of the Republican inscriptions, there is an initial lemmatic word index followed by indices of names, grammar, letter forms, and subject groups.
