En savoir plus sur le livre

In the new era of terrorism, where anyone can become a threat with minimal resources, traditional rules are obsolete. Effective organizations must be agile and operate outside conventional oversight. In a suburban Maryland office, Hendley Associates appears to be a typical firm dealing in stocks and currencies, but its real mission is to identify and neutralize terrorist threats by any means necessary. With the backing of President John Patrick Ryan, "the Campus" actively recruits promising talent from the military and government. Three individuals catch their attention: Dominic Caruso, a rookie FBI agent who successfully resolves a brutal kidnapping case; his brother Brian, a Marine captain fresh from combat in Afghanistan; and their cousin Jack Ryan, Jr., who grew up immersed in the world of espionage due to his father's CIA career and political ascent. Jack is eager to apply his knowledge, but when he approaches "the Campus," he discovers that he is unprepared for the realities of this dangerous new environment. The stakes are high, and the challenges he faces will test him in ways he never anticipated.
