The Summer that Never was

Chief Inspector Alan Banks is determined to get justice for his boyhood friend Graham who went missing aged 14. A skeleton is unearthed, but Banks soon realizes that in this case the boundaries between victim and perpetrator, between law-guardian and law-breaker, are becoming more blurred.
