Glinda of Oz

The plot follows Dorothy and Ozma as they venture to a distant region of Oz to prevent a war between the Flatheads and Skeezers. However, they find themselves ensnared in a crystal-domed city on an enchanted island that can submerge underwater. With the stakes high, only the Wizard and Glinda can rescue them in time.
