Why is Hollywood—and the entertainment industry in general—so monolithically left-wing? How did this happen? Why are we at this point? What can we do about it? The answer? Build a new Hollywood. With apologies to Ronald Reagan, the most terrifying words in the English language are: “I’m from Hollywood and I’m here to help.” The great majority of Americans have an appetite for entertainment outside Hollywood’s left-wing ideology, that at its core promotes: America bashing, religious bashing, self-guilt, and an alternative view of a shared history. Americans want entertainment that does not demean them, their beliefs, or their country. Now is the time to change the game from the inside and “build a new Hollywood.”
