This is the first book in the series of books which are educational, whilst being entertaining. This first book introduces the main character, Katie and informs the reader about the different parts of the human brain, and how it works with the rest of the body. The upbeat rhyming style of this book makes it accessible for both children and adults of any age or reading ability. The intention is for the reader to learn about the biological basis of human behavior, and the autonomic nervous system. In the following books, Katie tells the story of her friends and family and will address individually, biological and behavioral issues such anger, anxiety, sadness, safety states.
