A poetic ode to the freedom of a summer day spent doing nothing but imagining. On a hot summer day that’s lasted forever, two brothers stretch out in an abandoned car in a strip-mall parking lot. They pass the time thinking up another place and scattering ketchup-soaked fries to attract the garbage gulls. Just the right amount, the older boy says, so enough will come.
