Collin Clarke got more than he bargained for as a teacher when the global pandemic struck in 2020. COVID impacted everyone, and every conceivable situation, and its impact radically revamped the delivery of education. This is a story of school life outside of a school building. Academia pursued from behind a screen as told by a young, atypical millennial with limited technological proficiency, he experiences baptism by fire when forced to adapt to a whole platform of remote learning. His prior experiences of being proposed to by a six-year-old girl, witnessing a fourth grader physically overpower five adults, and watching a student charge unclothed down a hallway, pale in comparison to what this new format of learning would bring.
