The Little Liar

Set against the harrowing backdrop of Nazi-occupied Salonika, Greece, the story follows eleven-year-old Nico Krispis, a boy known for his honesty. When a German officer manipulates him into convincing Jewish residents to board trains for a supposed safe haven, Nico unknowingly leads his community to tragedy. As he watches his own family taken away, he grapples with the devastating consequences of his actions and the loss of his innocence, ultimately vowing never to tell the truth again.
