Sarah Sullivan and Henry Higgins are struggling to stop the doors of Red Cliffs Ragged School from closing for good. An important inspection is looming and there is still so much for the pair to do if their pupils -- the poorest and neediest orphans of Torquay -- aren't to be turned out into the cold.
