This is the story of The Teacher - Tony Sheridan - who taught everyone from the Beatles down. Told in his own words to author Alan Mann, a childhood friend and fan. Told for the most part in Tony's own words, with comments and questions from the author, this is as close as we are likely to get to the true autobiographical story of this enigmatic man, regarded by many of his peers as the most talented artist to break into the London and Hamburg scenes in the 50s and 60s.
