Exploring the intersection of economics and biblical theology, this work examines how economic relationships often stem from estrangement from God. Wagenfuhr analyzes three fundamental relationships—Creator-creature, estrangement, and Reconciler-reconciled—against economic dynamics. He contends that traditional theological perspectives often reinforce existing sociopolitical structures rather than challenge them.
