Within the framework of contemporary art, the exhibition montage may be at odds with the artist wish. The whim of new owners, a lack of information, changes in artist ́s mind and museum limitations are often the cause of the above mentioned. This book devotes itself to an array of recent examples, the legal framework applicable to the relationship between the artist, the museum and the owner, as well as to the new museum strategies.
