Today's world is increasingly shaped by migration and globalization, bringing together diverse cultural backgrounds and personalities. This interaction influences not only our professional lives but also our personal relationships, particularly friendships. Understanding friendship processes through the lenses of cultural and personality psychology is essential in navigating this era of multiculturality and individuality. The book presents a collection of international theoretical perspectives and new empirical insights from scholars in these fields, focusing on friendship. It includes chapters that primarily address cultural or personality psychology, as well as those that combine both perspectives.
